- Commission for Dutch freelancer: €10 per hour per co-located IT professional
Monthly Earnings Breakdown
You place a talented IT professional at Company X. Every month, this professional works 160 hours at a rate of €60 per hour. This means that we invoice Company X for €9,600 for the IT professional.
In addition to the commission you receive, The Human Growth Network ensures that the remote IT professional receives a competitive salary according to the agreed hourly rate to ensure their commitment and quality.
As a reward for your effort and network, you receive €10 per hour for the hours worked by the remote IT professional. Therefore, your monthly earnings would be:
- 160 hours/month × €10/hour = €1,600/month
- After three months, you have already earned:€1,600/month × 3 months = €4,800
By placing one remote IT professional and ensuring their continued performance and integration, you earn a total of €4,800 extra over three months.
