This agreement (referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) establishes a binding arrangement between The Human Growth Network (referred to as “we,” “The Human Growth Network,” “our,” or “us”), a registered Dutch company, and you, the client, user, customer, or member.

The Human Growth Network does not function as a direct provider of IT services. Any services accessible through The Human Growth Network’s platform are offered by skilled professionals and IT companies registered with us. The Human Growth Network acts as a facilitator, connecting businesses with these professionals for various IT needs.

These Terms and Conditions do not establish a contract for direct IT services. Contracts for IT solutions are formed directly between users and the IT professionals or companies, and are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. The Human Growth Network, as an intermediary, assumes no liability for the use of its platform or the performance of IT services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Platform Usage

The Platform is provided solely for lawful purposes related to IT services. Users are prohibited from using the Platform in any way that may disrupt its functionality or violate any laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

2. Service Providers

The Human Growth Network acts as an intermediary, connecting businesses with IT professionals and companies listed on the Platform. While The Human Growth Network facilitates communication and transactions, it does not directly provide IT services. Users engage with service providers independently, and agreements are formed directly between them. By utilizing The Human Growth Network Services, you acknowledge and agree that The Human Growth Network is not a party to any contractual agreements or arrangements between users and service providers.

3. Contractual Agreements

Users engage with service providers directly and enter into agreements independently. The Human Growth Network is not a party to these agreements and bears no responsibility for their execution. Users are encouraged to review and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by service providers before engaging their services. Any contractual relationship or agreement entered into through the Platform is solely between the user and the respective service provider.

4. Liability

The Human Growth Network strives to ensure the quality and reliability of service providers listed on the Platform. However, it assumes no liability for the performance of services arranged through the Platform. Users agree to hold The Human Growth Network harmless for any disputes, issues, or damages arising from engagements with service providers. By using The Human Growth Network Services, you acknowledge and agree that The Human Growth Network shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such engagements.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of The Human Growth Network Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

6. Changes to Terms

Continued use of The Human Growth Network Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
