As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and testing. Position Overview
Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure applications run efficiently and effectively.
- Testing and Debugging: Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability. Debug and resolve issues as they arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
Technical Skills
- Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-End: Strong knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
- Database: Experience with both relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Frameworks: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
